Lucky guy got out in time. Your mom would vote for Trump regardless of what he said. |
You still don't get it. I give up. |
Did his comment affect anyone's vote? Nope, but it did save him from a lifetime of an annoying Trump-supporting MIL. |
My mother's a lovely woman.. The fact that you are putting her down simoly because she didn't vote for the candidate you wanted, while saying nothing about how obnoxious he was to call my mother a moron (!), tells me how deranged you are. Thank The Lord that my mother wasn't stuck with a rude, disrepectful SIL - and my sister was saved from a terrible husband. If you're a single woman, maybe I'll send him in your direction. You deserve each other. |
Non-pc is the reaction against extreme pc (or the imminent three of an extreme pc future).
Non-pc was going to win. Trump was the only non-pc to run (didn’t care about reputation, tidying up his look or his policies or his past statements). *you might say Cruz or rand Paul would fit this mood too, I guess? But they’re ‘cleaner’ than him by a mile. It’s unfortunate. I agree with being more aware and acting on social respect, but culturally, the left was large and in charge (still is) of our future. People are reacting against THAT. |
Three = threat.
I think autocorrect changed that after I typed it.... anyways... |
/\ like I said, racists got super duper pissed about having a black president so elected someone that let them be racist with some pride |
Hey dude, are you high? Many of those items are unique to Obama (for example the opioid epidemic, the riots and the Chinese artificial islands). And, even if previous Presidents experienced similar problems too, no President I can remember had, or created, ALL those problems at the same time. And let's add a few, shall we? 20% increase in murders, breaking a 2-decade trend. NSA spying Americans. Guantanamo still open. Much expanded drone killings. Continued decline in international education ratings. The majority of Americans saying we were "on the wrong track". The government forcing religious groups to pay for anticonceptives and abortion services. So much new stupid regulation that universities had to double their non-teaching staff (surprise surprise, tuition rates go up!) Student debt doubled. The majority of Americans saying race relations are worst in decades. Net net, Obama was a pretty bad 2-term President. And he came with ski-high expectations (including among many people who later would vote Trump). So, that disconnect between promises he made and what he delivered was probably the largest in US history -- and paved the way for Trump. |
And there's always more... Using the IRS to target conservative groups Using DOJ to prosecute journalists and their sources A Secretary of State with clear conflicts of interests (husband receiving millions from foreign powers) and ignoring basic security protocols Chinese hackers steal millions of SS and vetting records Massive leaks No one prominent banker in jail Millions lose their existing insurance, and millions more have to pay $1,000 on average in order to NOT have health insurance (because of absurd premium rates) Yup, the only problem with President Obama was his skin color...you are kidding yourself. |
The only people responsible for Trump are his idiot voters. Personal responsibility (I know idiot Trumpsters only believe in that for other people; they continue to be lazy and do drugs and cry about their lot in life). |
^^^ another example of why Trump won. People were fed up with sanctimonious, holier-than-thou liberals who feel they know better than the "idiots" - who of course are people who disagree with them politically. |
Not a liberal. Just someone who can’t stand idiots and the harm they are doing. Get back to your opioids. |
If you voted in Trump, my days of not respecting your opinion are certainly not ending. That’s not a liberal thing. That’s you hating your kids and your country by putting that relatively evil incompetent clown into any position of authority. You voted for a rich reality tv star. You’re truly a moron. |
Still blaming others for your own actions? Grow a backbone. Trump voters chose a corrupt a-hole. That’s 100% on them. |
NP here: He is achieving results and doing what he said he'd do even if I don't agree with all of his policies. I did not vote for him but I have a grudging respect for the fact that he sticks to what he said he'd do which is such a contrast to the run of the mill elected politicians. |
