Sounds like a male rapes a male in them series. Doubt it was a strap on and woman but who knows what’s published as mainstream nowadays. |
Ahh. That’s the plot line. |
Like the flip of that Me Too symphony conductor movie with the tall British woman. |
Tar? |
Yes but that movie was very well done and clearer on the mental issues too. |
This show demonstrates that the writer, main character, really did want fame at any cost. Outed the woman with mental health issues he claims to have empathy for, and revealing and reliving for the world to see his most personal violations…that he, in a twisted way, opened himself to due to his desperation for fame. Serious mental health issues all around. He’s disgusting, and the show is depressing. |
It actually doesnt. The character doesnt ever confirm in the show - just asks that his dad/family is ok with whatever he is/ends up as. |
If it were a common thing, most Catholic men would be gay/bi. |
His parents were pretty cool, too. |
lol. Um, okay. |
Concur |
This show fell off after Episode 5. He obviously loved both his abusers : Darien and Martha. He didn’t want to report either . He wants to go back to them.
I just finished binging Beef. That was a far better twisted show with Korean Americans who take a grudge too far |
The trans girlfriend Teri was so out of place and seemed like a bone thrown to viewers and critics to avoid homophobia accusations as the show implies abuse changed his sexuality permanently |
+1 “Let’s all learn a valuable lesson from the American trans person.” Or “See…not everyone from the lgbtq community is screwed up like the main character and his rapist! This one character is actually totally awesome!” |
Agree, and beef was comedy, over the top and tons of bad luck. And more relateable, no dark dark violence and physically torturing people |
