You will never convince me that Big Sass is not absolutely trolling Sis here. He wrote a more loving tribute to Bob Barker. His response to Jen’s birthday was to fangirl about Trisha Yearwood. His post from the weekend of Gavin’s wedding was about The Bachelor finale.

My guess is that *their* publicist had enough and demanded he acknowledge Sis online.

His response is: “She’s dope. That is all.”

Sass is the Queen of Pettiness, and it’s hilarious.

And he uses her maiden name so it doesn't tag her.

Is Heather also Sass's publicist?

He is one of those unhealthy people who won't do the work to try and be healthy (exercise, no late night snacking) but will mask up at the drop of a hat. Sass is unwell on so many levels.

Jen's income. Let's talk about this.

In years past, during her hay day, she had TV deals, book deals, and was always on speaking tours. She was rolling in cash.

These days it's a lot of product shilling and her podcast ad revenue and the occasional TV appearance on the Sherri Show and a few speaking appearances here and there. Plus the MeCourses she produces then sells. And the Book Club. Sort of evergreen with that, a smart strategy honestly. But there are upfront costs.

Any new book deal will come with an advance but she hasn't even hinted at anything yet. No new TV deals by the looks of it. She might make a few thousand dollars for the Sherri Show plus expenses. Same for the occasional speaking appearance. Let's say she makes $25K a year from TV appearances and speaking appearances. She might make a few thousand dollars a year on the promo code stuff. Let's be generous and say $100K. The podcast is a mystery. Some people in the know about the podcast world say she is probably pulling in some serious cash with that given her metrics. I don't know. Let's say it's $200K a year. The MeCourses now. Let's say she sells 2000 courses a year at $50 a pop on average. That's another $100K. The Book Club. She makes a little per subscription every month. Let's say $10K, or $120K a year.

Around 545K in total, a nice living for sure.

Then there's overhead. Her "staff" and the fees she pays to the people who ship her books and the publishers cut for the Book Club books. Plus she has to produce the MeCourses and pay her experts. And she has to pay her publicists and agent, etc.

She might clear 300K a year if she's lucky. Again, no bad at all.

The podcast is probably bringing in some nice income, as she has some serious sponsors AND you get extra bucks when you read the ad yourself.

Tyler makes me cringe when he refers to her by her maiden name. I dated a few possessive creeps and they always want to be "the first" and the main part of your life. If my mom was dating a guy who called her by her maiden name, as her kid I would be put off, big time. And Tyler has shown no real warmth toward her kids at all. Especially Remy- because spoiled only child Sass can't stand seeing another kid being spoiled.

That post is so embarrassing. He’s an “author” and can’t find words to describe his “partner” outside of super dope? She didn’t comment on it either. Lol

OMG is this a thing? So no one can connect them?

PR person here...I've never seen a tv show pay for appearances. It's a win-win for both sides as the show gets content and the person featured gets to promote whatever it is they're promoting. So I wouldn't think that she's making any money from tv appearances. I genuinely don't think she's clearing a half a million a year and then banking $300k of that. Just by appearances, it looks like she has a very middle class lifestyle, tops. The median HHI for Buda is $105k. Maybe her and Brandon combined could clear that. I could see her making that possibly with all of the constant shilling. Based on its appearance through what she shows on social media and location, her house looks to be worth around $450k - plus or minus $25k - and it seems by her shilling that maybe it's been a lot to keep up with the mortgage payments. She could be living above her means.

He’s super duper trolling. Tyler is embarrassed by Jen. She’s not his type at all. I don’t think he’s gay. I think he’s a player and he’s using Jen. He wants it to be obvious that he’s not really into her while maintaining enough deniability that he can continue to platform to promote himself off her fandom.

I think Jen is too old and matronly for the public image he wants to portray. And I wouldn’t rule out negging either. He might resent her fame and his dependence on it.

Tyler thinks he’s wayy cooler than Jen but he also loves the affirmation from her followers telling her how amazing he is and how they wish they could find someone like him etc etc etc

Maybe she has done with solely with clean living and cutting out alcohol, and if so, more power to her but if I was a betting woman I'd place my entire 401K on Sarah has been going hard with $1500 a month insulin blocking shots.

If she is, why can't she just admit it? Her brand if all about authenticity, right? She's the dearest of the dearest and most preciously true voice in the world, right? Or is she just another big phony?

I do want to say, I’m 46 and have lost 40 lbs and transformed my whole body this last year. I did it with mindful eating, heavy weight training and no alcohol. It sucks to lose weight the hard way in the age of ozempic, because people immediately assume it’s that. “You’re so skinny all of a sudden!” No actually it’s taken 12 whole months and a lot of discipline.

Good for you!

I don't know what the odds are on her honesty because she was so vague she really could have meant anything. She's struggled with chronic pain and health conditions and is clearly under the care of a doctor; maybe certain medications were a part of her initial weight gain or recent weight loss and she is lumping all that medical care into "nourishing herself". Everyone eats some food and that provides nourishment to our bodies. It's not a real explanation for weight loss. I don't know that she owes us one...does she need to admit that she used Ozempic if asked? Does that need to be public knowledge? She didn't say "I lost weight through diet and exercise and hard work" she just side-stepped.

Jen is being invited by “Oprah’s team” to talk about weight shame and body health.

Will Ozempic be mentioned??

Sarah was obese for years and years. I've been aware of her since before Jesus Feminist (tried to read but it was pointless), when she was a young mom with multiple kids (one born in a parking garage- that was one of her better pieces of writing). I figured she was always heavier due to multiple births pretty quickly, plus a sedentary career. It happens. The, within the span of a couple months, she is no longer obese but abruptly normal weight. And giddy. She actually looks relieved to no longer be one of the bigger gals in the room (like with the internet besties.) But now, she is gaunt and it shows up badly in her (pretty) face. For a woman who prides herself on candid writing about heady topics, this silence is suspicious.

They are really scraping the bottom for content on this topic. Jen's best writing doesn't center around body health, but about relationships.

Sass needs some Ozempic. He hasn't looked well since they started claiming to be an item.
