Maybe, but he has a gorgeous wife he adores. I imagine he felt he needed to keep up!

Vanity is also far more tolerable when they’re otherwise a person of substance, which Biden is.

Biden does look amazing. Lots of people have work done. Sometimes it's an improvement. Sometimes it isn't.
