While there’s no question that Biden has had plugs, going gray tends to help making thinning/receded hair look better, ironically. That’s partly why some older men look worse after dying their hair.

My mom and I used to love to watch CNN in the 90s when he was getting plugs in the first place. He'd be on the floor, thundering away about Bosnia or some other big issue, and we'd just be sitting at home saying "Don't blow the plugs, Joe!"
