Can’t win without cheating. Same thing happened in Montana. http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/396303-judge-boots-green-party-from-montana-ballot-in-boost-to-tester |
Both parties are corrupt beyond belief. The US is a country in decline where except for the 1%, it's dog-eat-dog. |
"Many sides" |
The GOP is determined to cede the moral high ground at every turn. |

There is no “both sides,” 16:51. If you think there is, you aren’t paying attention. |
“In April, Mia Love secured the nomination to seek a third term for her seat in Utah's 4th congressional district at Utah's nominating convention. In Utah, if a candidate receives such a nomination at a convention, like Love did, then no primary is held. At no point prior to April's convention did Love face a primary challenger or the threat of one.
But Love raised $1,153,624 and designated that money for a primary, according to the letter from the FEC to Love. Even after Love secured the nomination at the convention, she raised an additional $372,468 specifically designated for the primary that her campaign knew would not take place. Experts say the money raised is a serious violation of FEC rules. "It's a big deal, it is a big deal," said Ann Ravel, who served as FEC Commissioner under President Barack Obama. "If you're raising primary funds and you have no primary, on its face, it does seem to be inappropriate and it's a lot of money." https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2018/09/10/politics/mia-love-campaign-funds/index.html?__twitter_impression=true |
Montana Senate candidate illegally coordinating with he NRA-ILA:
“PAY DIRT exclusively obtained audio of Rosendale’s remarks, which good-government groups say raise serious questions of potentially illicit coordination between Rosendale and an independent political group supporting his campaign.” https://www.thedailybeast.com/exclusive-audio-reveals-potentially-illegal-coordination-between-nra-and-montana-senate-hopeful-matt-rosendale |
Rick Scott Is Preparing to Pack the State Supreme Court After His Term Ends
“To carry out this scheme, Scott has seized upon language in the Florida Constitution which, he asserts, gives him to power to make “midnight appointments” (as one Scott ally has described them). Under the state constitution, a new governor’s term begins “on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January.” Meanwhile, a retiring justice’s term ends “on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January.” Due to mandatory age limits, three justices—all left-leaning—face mandatory retirement on this date. The question is when, precisely, their retirement takes effect.” https://amp.slate.com/news-and-politics/2018/09/rick-scott-plans-to-pack-the-florida-supreme-court-after-his-term-ends.html?__twitter_impression=true |
No? Republicans only? That's absolutely unbelievable. No, really. |
