Same boat here. I started 50mg of Zoloft a little over a month ago and things are calming down. I was raging at my 3yo and DH, anxiety that was causing panic attacks. I also started therapy. My husband said this past weekend that he's noticed a change. I'm so glad, I could not go on like that. Good luck to you.
