So one woman was apparently paid in an illegal way.

The rest fits the narrative that:
1. Trump is the disgusting man we knew he was, for those who don't like affairs.
2. Trump is the macho man who makes conquests, for all the pathetic people who are titillated by this.

Could any of this shorten the presidency? Honestly, I don't know think so.

These scandals won't bring him down. But they soften up Republicans who have to decide at some point whether to impeach him. The undecideds may look at him and say he's a disaster everywhere you look, so there's no point in sticking your neck out for him.

OP here. I think he will serve his term, but will not be re-elected. Not on the basis on these scandals, bu just on what he promised and failed to accomplish.

I can't imagine that there is anyone for whom that is the last straw. People who are OK with everything else he's done are going to be OK with that as well.
