Resignation most likely outcome?

Interesting article. This is what I've been thinking as well. At some point, he will realize that this is only going to continue to snowball over the next year and a half. Especially once the midterm campaigns are in full swing . At that time, either the dems take over congress and we start looking at impeachment OR the Rs stay in power, but the 2020 campaigns will soon kick off and (hopefully) the dems will go after him hard! Either way, we will continue uncovering all of his family's skeletons and their name will be mud by the time it's all over. His delicate ego could never take that. He would be wise to just step away. He can just say that he is leaving because he hates this job and made more money before. It would not be out of character for him so his supporters would fall for it.

I think that is the only way this shitshow ends

You all make me laugh. You have gone from not legitimately elected to impeachment and then to resignation. And some back and forth between the three.
It would behoove you to come to terms with the fact that President Trump is our president.

Are you kidding? That's been painfully clear ever since January.

Oh, yeah. We all know.

A illegitimate and thoroughly corrupt and incompetent president is not "ours."

It would behoove Trump to come to terms that he is president. Time for him to start acting like one. And to stop lying. We've been waiting since January.

Just imagine that the election had gone the other direction for a second

I'm so sure the congressional republicans would have let all of this slide had the Clintons been involved, right?

Now stop with this "get over it, he's your president" line and demand some actual patriotism from your representatives-and yes, that means going after these people

Trump is mentally ill. The best way to defeat him and his agenda is to exploit that weakness. He is impatient, rash, low energy, and swings from one extreme to another. He forgets basic facts. In this age of constant digital recording, it's only a matter of time before he reveals his "true" self to the public.

Frankly, I think he may be quite depressed once behind closed doors, so he may impulsively resign. We just need to make him believe that it was his own "good idea." Keep him mentally taxed and psychologically anxious; this is when he makes his biggest mistakes.

The job of POTUS alone should be enough to keep him mentally taxed, but that would require that he actually tries to work at it, which he doesn't.

Yep! But you missed removal based on the 25th Amendment which came after (or was it before) impeachment.

I did not vote for Trump but the delusional belief of some liberals that Trump is just going to fade away is laughable.

Well, it is kind of starting to look like Trump was correct about the election being rigged, isn't it?

First, read the linked article.

Second, the burgeoning investigation into how Kushner ran the digital platform suggests Trump probably was not legitimately elected.

Third, you scumbag, impeachment is not possible when the GOP refuses to work for the country.

Fourth, go to hell. Everyone here understands that dementia-addled adipose bag is our POTUS. Unlike you, we resent his attempts to steal while in office.

When is Trump going to come to terms with that fact and start acting appropriately?
