Honestly, for so many reasons, you have to fix the sleep issue, both for your health amd your child's. everything deteriorates with lack of sleep - mood, concentration, learning, stress/anxiety, heart, weight, etc. - skin is only the most visible thing.

A two year old should be sleeping solidly through the night as well as still taking 1 long afternoon nap. If this isn't happening then parents and/or nany are contributing behaviourally to the sleep problem. Fix that first.
