Has anybody had any experience with this group?

My son took a soccer class from them last Spring at Madison Manner on Saturday mornings.

I thought the instructor was great for the 3-5 age group.

My 2.5 year old son is starting a class with them on Saturday. He is really looking forward to it.

My older son took two sessions of classes from them a couple years ago at age 3. My husband thought the class was pretty good, and my son liked it, and the coach, for a while, but lost interest during the second session so we stopped the classes. He still doesn't really like sports much, but I don't blame KPS for that.

OP here. Thanks. Part of the reason I'm asking is because the guy in the business office started screaming at me today when I tried to confirm my kids' registration. It was bizarre.

I also had several sub-optimal experiences with the guy answering the phones.

That said. The instructors are great. I've only use the internet for registration so I don't have to deal with the office guy

OP again, thanks for above feedback-is there a different process when you're trying to register with other kids from school? We were invited to do a school thing but the parent organizer directed us to register on the web. I never got a confirmation and just wanted to make sure the class wasn't cancelled since it starts this week. So I called the contact number posted on their website. The guy who answered (who I think may be the company owner) told me he had no record of our registration and that I'd have to register again. When I pointed out that I'd already paid by credit card and could see the charge on my statement, he said well he couldn't find my kid's name and we weren't registered. So then I said I need to get a refund if you are not able to register my son. Then he started screaming at me in a foreign language. When I said I didn't understand him he said I was too stupid to understand his native tongue. Then he said I was too stupid to come to the US and start my own business the way he did. Then he hung up on me. What am I missing here? Isn't there supposed to be somebody available to deal with the business side of things? At this point I think I need to just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I already filed a complaint with BBB. There was one other complaint already out there about KPS.

Try John Jenkins instead who is our sons coach. There was a piece done on him in Daily Candy. He is wonderful!

Try emailing your info to

kidsprossoccer@msn.com

And tell them what class you are registering for - location and time and age. Aga there e-mailed me after on-line registration didn't let me detail which class I wanted and I think I'm all set now. I don't like their on-line registration either, and have also had a bad experience over the phone. They were also bad in the past about cancelling at the last minute for rain. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to class, and they cancel within that time frame sometimes - ugh!

We had a similar, bad experience with KPS management. We will never deal with them again.
