Back to misogyny - LOL! Sorry that does not work. I would not vote for a man with Hillary's appalling record in terms of her honesty and poor judgement. |
But you would rather directly or indirectly vote for a man who is the single biggest LIAR in the history of American politics according to fact checkers. You would rather vote for the man who had the judgment to fail business after business including Trump Uni, Trump real estate, Trump casinos, Trump airline, Trump steaks etc. Some one who trolls like a teenager on twitter(and you may not even like if your teenager does that). |
Trump does not deserve my vote ........ but neither does Hillary. |
False equivalence. One of them has relevant experience, one does not. One acts like a normal person in public, the other is a national embarrassment. One of them has the endorsement of Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un, the other has endorsements from the opposite party. |
pp again. You sure do think highly of yourself. Declaring a vote as meaningless because a candidate can't win. Many men and women have fought, and some have died, to protect that right but you want me to sell it based on your view. And why are you so concerned that if I don't vote for her and select another candidate it insures a victory for Trump? Well, here's the deal. So long as the electoral college is set up the way it is there are a lot of votes that will have no impact on the outcome. Should we get that changed so that each candidate receives the percentage of delegates based on their vote total in EVERY state then more people are likely to vote. After all, they vote will be counted and not negated by the majority takes it all. And FYI, you are talking to different people. I did not declare my vote for Stein. |
And it's offensive to me for someone to assume that anyone who objects to Hillary, and/or criticizes her in any way, is automatically a Trump supporter. |
np BOTH of them are national embarrassments. One became a candidate with the unscrupulous aid of her party as a virtual fait accompli (and even then had a hell of a struggle to grab the brass ring) and the other from a dysfunctional party with way too many selfish egotist scrumming for the ball. |
Keep dreaming, Starfish. I have to go dump your vote from my son's training potty into the toilet. |
No, Clinton played the game by the rules. She's an insider who played a good insider's game. And Sanders wasn't even a Democrat until the day he started to run, and left the party the day after he conceded. Do you really think the DNC would treat an actual Democrat the same as a temporary one? |
Not the pp, but the DNC’s aid came LONG before Bernie got involved. Why did no other viable Dems run? |
Nobody says you can't criticize Clinton, but the false equivalence is riduculous. Trump lies about everything all the time, he changes his positions faster than the weather, but Clinton is "dishonest" because she changed her position from what she thought 20 years ago. Clinton gets criticized for supporting the war on Iraq, Trump also supported the war, but nobody calls him on that lie. |
Clinton did clear the field before her, but I think mostly she just scared them off. In 2008, she did the same thing, but only Obama was brave enough to challenge her. If all the other Democrats weren't so chickenshit this time around, she would have lost to a better candidate. |
Your argument fails because you are introducing things that are not in this discourse and you are assuming a hell of a lot as if it applies. And this false equivalence is a cheap, and usually used by partisan Democrats here, cliche. If you want to base your vote on my candidate isn't as bad as the other, then that's your right. So, get to the podium and debate and stop this comparison and false equivalence shit. If you can't do that then sit down. |
Well stated. +1 |
Different poster. But you haven't been long enough to understand that Trump has run a corrupt organization and is so incompetent that he has bankrupted so many of his businesses(Trump Uni, Trump realty, Trump airline, Trump casino etc). Trump has such a great judgement that he tweets like a 17 year old rotten teen. And he SELF FUNDS his campaign from money given by his conned supporters who find it their duty to give their lil money to their billionaire master. It is very difficult for a party to win the third time and Hillary is not a good candidate. So it was the best time to bring on Kasich or Jeb or Rubio to win the election easily. But the party nominates Trump. Moderate Kasich voters like my extended family will not support a vulgarian like Trump. |
