BMI is useless in general, as it doesn't take into account muscle. that said, 24.1 is knocking on the door of overweight. Sadly you are correct, overweight has become normalized, so there's that, but a woman with a 24 + BMI may indeed be quite overweight. The OP is tall so doubtful in this case that she is. |
