My C section is going to be scheduled with Dr. Anders Apgar of the Rockville CWC. I have not met him yet as I have only seen Dr. Tran who is not available to do my c section when I need it done. How is he? Does he use stitches or staples? How did your C section and recovery go? Thanks.

I haven't had him personally but it seems like every woman in my office has had him as their OB, and they love him. I can't give particulars, though.

(I only remember his name because it's funny for a baby doctor. . )

Is he related to the lady who was named APGAR and who instituted the namesake health check for newborns.

He is distantly related to *the* Apgar. He delivered my first. No complaints. I never thought I'd go to a male OB but he made me feel totally at ease. I don't know about C-sections with him.

Yes, I did. I think all of his current patients should watch it. The second half of the trip where he's Johnny Damon's guest will be on this week's episode. I can't imagine he redeems himself.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 episode 9. It was the most recent episode. He is also on the episode that will air this week because it’s a continuation of the charter he’s a guest on.
