DC Red Cross is run by morons!

I just have to vent. I registered for a CPR recert this morning. Took time off work. Woke up extra early. Paid extra metro fare to get there. Walked 7 blocks to the place. No instructor. Waited an hour. No instructor. The receptionists are clueless, offer no way to get our money back or reschedule. No one knows how to get a hold of the instructor. They said, "Oh this happens all the time." Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. WTF?!?!?! This is the National Headquarters of Red Cross! I'm so mad. Never again will I go to DC get anything done. I should have known!!! rghh!

I'm sorry for the problems you encountered, but I'm not sure why you are bashing DC as a result. If the instructor actually hails from MD or VA, will you instead boycott those states?

I am just mad. I know not everyone in DC is a moron. I am from DC too. Again, just venting, not meaning to offend anyone.
