Let me know if you agree? disagree? Hopefully they can turn it around as they really get into WCAC play.

Don’t they have a completely new coaching staff that they hired late? I think it will take them at least a year to turn things around.

I would agree. PVI will be tested once again vs GZ. Clearly, SJC test was failed and then we can all agree it has been a very easy schedule and they have not pushed themselves to play are more competitive schedule out of conference. The big problem with PVI is the WCAC only has SJC and GZ and then they must play VISAA so they are only left with very few open dates for out of conference games. It would be nice if they actually played Prep instead of yearly scrimmage and picked up Landon or Bullis. They have played Landon in the past under old Coach who clearly scheduled harder games then what current coach is scheduling. It almost seems like the VLC scheduling philosophy of easy tournaments and playing in the south. Good lax is played in the north! Stop scheduling easy and help these boys understand what hard lax is like instead of the easy highlight post against inferior opponents. This type of play will not help them this summer or help them get to college if any of them are considering playing at the next level.

Area teams ranked:

#8 Landon
#22 Gonzaga
#24 Bullis

Its a known thing that Inside Lacrosse consistently under ranks Gonzaga and over ranks Landon so please don't use them. Cabell has connections within the Inside Lacrosse organization and thus Landon is always ranked higher than they deserve. Furthermore, Gonzaga head coach, coach King has soured many connections within the organization as well. So please we all know Gonzaga is going win tomorrow so stop propping up Landon.

This post makes no sense. Last season was one of PVI's best in school history yet they lost to Dematha but swept GZ holding them to only two in the playoff game. This season GZ is likely the top of the WCAC but GC is also a strong team. They added a new coaching staff this season and play in two solid conferences. In the past they beat Bullis and Landon. The best player on the team plays for Blackwolf not VLC and in the past players came from DC Express and BW along with other clubs. The recruiting history is as good as any team so not sure what the last comment means.

Talking about now. Not last year and or the year before that was the best teams they have had in years. Today, is another story.

Program is on an upward trend, improved coaching and some strong players in the 2026 class. they still have first year coaching and will finish the season a top 5 DMV program

Gonna be a great tomorrow. I’m scratching my head why GZ would schedule GC and Landon on back to back days. Just why…?

So when they lose one, or both, they can point to the schedule...

Probably because GC is a time up and not an actual threat

You’re a total joke man and have zero clue. Landon hasn’t been ranked in almost 7 years. Never even getting close to IL top 20. Get a grip and get sone sort of clue before you start talking…total idiot. IL has had it out for Cabell and Madlax for over a decade…they’re def not doing him or Landon any favors I can assure you. The Landon team is where it is because it’s the right ranking. Deal with it or come see for yourself tomorrow but stop making up shit.
