I was wondering how the Dems were going to sabotage their easy path to victory in the midterms. What a waste of time and resources.

Of course he did. And yet, oddly, it does not make me like Rand Paul more. Because he had some batshit crazy rationale. They grow a special kind of obnoxious Senators in Kentucky. Rand Paul and McConnell. What do they do, look for two least likely people in the state and elect them senator?
