lol. I am a woman. |
I am a bisexual woman.
For me, I have ZERO interest in 18-21 year old women. They look far too young. It's odd because I actually think men that age are quite attractive. But I find men are prone to gain weight and age faster- their wrinkles show faster, they get receding hairlines, etc. Women cover it up more, so I have been attracted to all different ages of women I know it's a cliche, but it's true- a woman of ANY age can be attractive, it depends on the woman. Also, an older woman (I am 27, so my idea of "old" is different, based on my own age) is way more interesting because she has a whole history, can speak on her personal experience, etc. It truly depends on bone structure, the quality of someone's skin, visible wrinkles, body shape (I'm not talking about being stick thin or muscular- just anything that's in shape), and of course, that ineffable quality, an expression behind the eyes, whatever makes a person interesting and intriguing. |
This - but with the caveat: I'm really turned off by stupidity at any age; and there are few 18 year olds who I'd consider smart. A fit, smart woman in her 30s through late 40s would win over a younger, dumber 20 something. |
Sure you are bisexual, but are you an Executive bisexual? |
I read that when men of all ages were asked this question, they all chose pretty much the same age - 21-24. |
I've actually read that men said it was 30-33 when looking at pictures of women. Maybe there is an idea that a 23 year old is hot and men automatically throw out that number, but when actually looking at women there is a preference for more mature women. |
nope - Okcupid data, which due to the sample size is pretty robust, pegged 22-23 as the peak of female attractiveness. |
Agree with this. I look so much better now than I did in my 20's. It's like I had to grow into my looks. |
Yeah, they're socialized to think that that's the ideal woman. But when they're show pictures without ages, the 33 year old wins. Men are a very socially obsessed group, which women often dont realize. They worry a lot about what other men think of them |
In a bra and panties. |
Ditto. I am a white woman with an African American best friend since college. We are both in our late 40s. We helped out our alma mater with some events for prospective students a couple of weeks ago. At each event, she was mistaken for a prospective student and I was assumed to be a parent of a kid. Someone even asked me if I was helping out her mother by taking her to see colleges. I am not upset because it is not as if I look bad. I look my age; she does not. Black women just have more collagen and melanin, which makes for preternaturally youthful skin. |
Yeah, those men are the ones I care about.... ![]() |
LMAO! exactly! |
I remember reading that women are most beautiful at around 31. I agree with that for myself--in my early 20s, my face still looked round and sort of babyish, and I still had some old acne scars. By 31, my cheekbones had emerged, and my skin was clear (due to the pill!). It was a good look, before the crow's feet and fine lines started creeping in--5+ years and 1 kid later, I don't look bad, but 31 was definitely my peak. |
