+1. Books, words, letters, superheroes. |
In addition to some kids' shows, I put on some more adult shows for my kids, who are 3 and 5. They love love love Mr. Bean. And the BBC show Victorian Farm has been a hit with the older one. We had family movie night and watched Babies.
Just seems good to open up the selection sometimes. They also watch kid shows like curious george and sesame street. |
My 6 year old loves Wheel of Fortune! |
Why don't people like Callou? |
He's whiny and doesn't always act in a good way, which some kids tend to emulate. (My kid wasn't afraid of the dark --> saw a Caillou show where he was afraid of the dark --> now she's afraid of the dark!) |
My 4 yo LOVES Peppa Pig. Absolutely loves it.
|
OP here again. The PBS shows--Super Why, Word Girl, etc--are they overly "teachy?" |
No, Super Why is awesome. That and Sid the Science Kid are BY FAR my 4 year old's favorite shows. |
Dinosaur Train and Daniel Tiger |
Not at all. Really, good shows, and my kids love/loved them. |
My 4 year old loves bubble guppies and little einsteins. |
Wild Kratts!! PBS! We LOVE that show. It is one of the best, IMO. |
My four y o and I love peppa pig! |
Us too. Plus Dinosaur Train. And Daniel Tiger. |
It is a really well done, interesting, informative show. So great! |
