Cold water can upset my stomach- any thoughts why?

| I have this issue! For me the cause is vasovagal response. Read a bit about it; it's fascinating and might be the source of your problem. I have an oddly located vagus nerve (not sure if that spelling is correct, sorry) so it's more sensitive than some people's and in my case the digestive issues are secondary to the heart problems it causes. |
