This would be my lunch tomorrow:

Italian coldcut with extra cheese. Put mayo AND oil. Twinbrook subs is the best.

Plus eat wavy lays (they are thicker than regular ripple chips) dipped in the red container of Heluva Good sour cream onion dip.

Strawberry soda to drink. Maybe a grape Nehi instead- but something sugary and fizzy for sure.

For dessert- I'm thinking a twix bar.

Yum.

I will be thinking of you as I eat my Lean Cuisine.

OK I just gained 3 lbs after eating Chinese food but its probably all bloat. Good to know, I can eat Chinese a couple hours before weigh in

Just read the thread of the last unhealthy thing you ate. I gained 4 lbs by the third page.

OP, why? I can't help thinking you have an eating disorder and have to be up to a certain weight. If so, it's obviously the best advice to ask your doctor how you can healthily do this.

If this isn't a spoof thread, I agree with the PP. If you need weight, do it with wholesome foods. Black beans with goat cheese have loads of calories. Guacamole on bit fat crusty bread. Milk shakes with lots of berries.

While the beer and fries would do the trick, you would feel like shit.

And OP, would you mind sharing what is up with the need for weight right now?
