Romantic Anniversary Dinner in/around DC?

Would choose 1789 hands down over Le Ferme. Much better menu, food and ambience.

OP, you mentioned wine bar, romantic, great food - for us that's Mendocino Grill in Georgetown. Love it! I also second 1789 too.

My husband and I love Restaurant Eve in Old Town. Service and food are excellent. We want to try CityZen. Not a fan of 1789 in Georgetown...food is average.
