Normal or Broken? My Oven Takes 20 Minutes to Preheat

higher end appliances take longer. We have a bosch and it takes 20 minutes. So did our last bosch. My mom's wolf takes 25 minutes. I notice a lot of the other expensive brands on here (Monogram, Dacor) are the ones with longer preheat times.
