Bowser and her administration can't even deal with the ubiquitous graffiti on the bridges over Rock Creek, which are a District responsibility. And you speculate she's working on the restoration of the Rock Creek Park Golf Course (on National Park Service land)?!

Why is this a surprise? Bowser is generally viewed as being in the pocket of big development interests. Falcicchio, once known as "Pizza Boy" and later as "Johnny Business" was Bowser's bag man consigliere to developers. DC may have settled the sexual harassment lawsuits against Falcicchio and stuck the taxpayers with the tab, but the Feds reportedly are looking into Johnny Business's business with developers on behalf of Bowser.

It’s clear bowser was just the puppet of Falcicchio. He was always the one running the show. DC communications have been a disaster for the last year, John had better control.
I hope someone is investigating how he is earning a living now, cause he is and it hits close to home…

Nothing to do with rock creek golf course. That’s fed land and will go through fed process and their funding. Nothing in it for developers so no seeking contributions from rich folks at the masters.

Nit sure about “puppet” but Bowser has never been the brightest bulb. But she does know how to turn tricks for her developer base, named JBG, Bozzuto, and lesser knowns, etc.
