explain LaRouche?

I don't really know what the LaRouche people stand for. I see them in downtown DC, but they seem a little nutty, so I don't want to engage them. Are they even serious or is it a satirical thing? Why do people join the LaRouche movement? Just curious.

I personally think Adam LaRoche is a hell of a ball player. Sure, he's streaky at the plate. But his glove is great, and his hitting has been timely and with power.

(Sorry...baseball is on my mind these days. You should google LaRouche. He's really out there, and there have been kids who have "followed" his movement only to disappear.

My husband jokes about putting a LaRouche sign in the yard to see how the neighbors would react.

Friend of mine threatens to sign me up as a LaRouche "volunteer" when I piss him off. Apparently, once you're on their list, you never get off it.

LaRouche has swung from the far left to the far right and I don't know where he is these days. He was known once for believing that the Queen of England was running a drug ring. (great Saturday Night Live skit about that years ago) It's basically a cult masquerading as a political movement.
