They wont be able to keep up with any competitive teams until they get better players and athletes.

You are clearly a troll with an attempt to make Coppermine parents look bad in addition to bashing 14 year old girls. Look at US club lax ranking scores. Coppermine is the only team to score more than 10 goals on them dating back to last summer. So no one is "racking up goals". And coppermine parents have no need to bash M&D they have won every match up and are generally good people. If you are going to be a troll you should at least do your research.

It is a frequent troll with middle school writing skills as their calling card. The post yesterday at 21:35 is the same person. Be skeptical of any post with shockingly bad writing, as it is likely this troll.

This sounds as if it may be written by this "troll" themselves. This forum is meant to discuss 2028 girls lacrosse peacefully and respectfully, so lets please keep that way.

Has anybody heard of "fly in" players for this age group? I know they have them for boys at this age.

Yes they definitely exist, half my daughters roster is fly ins, frankly USA lacrosse need to ban this. All these fly in girls are doing is taking away spots from deserving players.

well that is certainly a myopical and entitled sounding opinion. why is someone else less deserving than your daughter? you should be grateful that you live in a part of the country that has lots of elite lacrosse options. if a player lives in a part of the country without top coaching and competition, but she loves the game, has passion to get better, and her family can make the massive investment of time and money to get her opportunities, good for them.

Sounds like your daughter must not be very good if her team is full of "fly in" players. If this is an issue for your daughter than maybe she should consider moving to a worse team or getting better.

“Fly ins” normally happen during tournament play with mainly teams outside of the mid Atlantic. I am not familiar with this being an issue at all during NGLL. If whoever is making this statement can please contact the NGLL office with specifics then action will very much be taken. We see the same girls every week out there and I will say again. This is NOT an issue for the NGLL play.

Nobody said anything about this being an NGLL issue. It was meant to be a discussion on if "fly ins" are common at this age.

They are more common in high school and you will see this at those tournaments. Not usually done by the top 40 clubs.

This was today's assessment of the situation over there from the other board:

"Built around coaches daughter. Their top player gets lots of attention and midfield isn’t elite. I see 3 factors."

Skywalkers will do this at the HS level they will fly in girls from CO, CA and other places who want to play on a top club.

I hope Data Guy resurfaces with analysis and lines for this weeks games, despite psychotic Karen. Do not be deterred.
