Yes

Tell me where?

If you really want an answer email AB or ask him the next time you see him instead of posting on a message board. Unless you’re not currently with FCV or going to be FCV next season.

We have asked him. Numerous times. And each time it's a cryptic BS answer that doesn't specifically address the question.

If that’s not satisfactory to you, why don’t you go somewhere else?

Great way to treat current FCV families.

Give it a rest. It’s obvious by now that the new private fields deal didn’t pan out and, like every other club in Loudoun, they won’t know about public county fields until the allocation process plays out over the summer. They have said as much for weeks now. Accept that and wait like others who are sticking with or joining FCV for next season, or go somewhere else. Trolling them here won’t change anything and can’t be good for one’s mental health.

The problem is:
1) They haven't said their plan fell through
2) They aren't a Loudoun-based organization (so aren't a priority for LC)
3) They aren't a non-profit (so aren't a priority for LC)
4) They are losing the primary field they've relied on for years
5) There's no unused, lighted, turf space in LC (and grass fields are very unreliable in this area)
6) Folks would like more certainty if we're going to stay than "you'll find out later" when this problem has been coming for years.

I’d like the win the lottery, but posting that I’d like to win the lottery on DCUM is not going to have any impact on whether I will win the lottery. You are wasting your time and energy asking about this here.

I think this is the result of some FCV boosters on here awhile ago that would be trolling other clubs. 'FCV to ECNL, Loudoun's days are coming to an end.'

LS should worry about what VRSC is building in its backyard, not a club that is blowing up (yet somehow stills recruits coaches and staff from LS).

Sorry - I thought this was a discussion board where soccer families can ask questions and get information. My bad.

Why are you so worried about these issues you lay out? Are you playing for FCV? I don’t think so, so why do you care? You are just trying to degrade something you have no direct connection to but are clearly worried about? Do you really think people on this board are so stupid to just read your posts and not see you have an axe to grind?

This shouldn’t be this difficult.

I appreciate the one singular person sticking up for AB and FCV field status for Fall 2024.

However, AB told multiple age groups they have an agreement with someone or some corporation to develop fields for the fall of 2024 and forward. Many of us our curious as to what happened with that?

We can all stop this back and forth with the one singular person defending AB and FCV if they would just answer this simple question.

It’s dead, which is why he hasn’t said anything about it for a very long time (weeks if not months by now) and instead has focused his field related comments to Loudoun County’s normal allocation process over the summer. This has been pointed out multiple times on this board. If you’re a current FCV family, then you are seeing AB at Hansen and Evergreen almost daily of late, so just go ask him if you seeing the obvious isn’t good enough. Posting here is not an honest attempt to get a direct answer from him.

To the poster above. Figure it out! AB was lying in those meetings. There's no permanent home field. The best StJ players will get is shared use of Hansen and any HS field they get part time. All the other fields will be grass as per what Bastien said at the meetings. This means many field cancellations if you are a year round player. Period STJ will be riding the struggle bus going forward and likely to get kicked out of GA. They are struggling to field teams for Nationals this year.
The new coaches have zero respect from the players and are basically acting like rec level coaches right now.

Don't they have an indoor turf field at the ST james?
