true, and honestly, wealthy kids aren't eating cafeteria food, for the most part.

And even if they are, the cost of trying to administer the program with income verification and limits probably costs as much as just making a school lunch for the kids that eat it. It also avoids stigmatizing the kids that are eligible over those that are wealthier. A school lunch is a basic meal.
