| They chirp and tweet at irregular intervals, keeping me awake from the wee hours of the morning. They are really, really loud. And I can't wear ear plugs, they irritate my ear canal . This isn't twitter, it's real life...I am sleep deprived. |

Loud, "useless" cheeping birds are part of the food chain. They cannot be "gotten rid of." It's called nature. Welcome to real life.
A white noise machine; a fan. Adjust your own behavior. |
| Move to a place without trees |
| This is why I sleep underground, in an ex-air raid shelter. |
| It's called nature. . . springtime . . . the world coming to life after winter. Maybe you could check with your doctor about getting better earplugs? They do make some that aren't foam and maybe more comfortable for you? |
| Jeez... I don't think the OP is looking for tips on how to pick them all off with a shot gun. Maybe just how to make her tree less attractive to them. Hope someone has some tips for you! |

The chirping wouldn't bother you unless you were stressed about something else in your life.
You can't keep on running away from yourself, because eventually you will find someone running in the other direction - and it will be you. I think that was from "Thirtysomething". |
Yeah, baby. |
or 'thirtysomething' . |
*uncocks bb gun* No, I wasn't exactly looking for ways to exactly kill them...but thanks

| You can put realistic looking plastic snakes on the trees or plastic owls as they are predatory to birds. Most hardware stores and garden centers carry fake owls and snakes for this reason. |

Congratulations, it's spring!
You'll get used to them and won't even notice them anymore in time. Better then crows - those you never get used to. |
This. Seriously, OP. WTF-it's nature! Try a white noise machine or a fan. Or consult a doctor b/c it isn't the birds but your inability to tune them out. Possibly stress? |
