Check the stats. Insurance companies are taking the money. It's not going to stereotypical "greedy trial lawyers" or to doctors. It's going to insurance companies.

Not the poster you are talking with - but you should take the stats. Health plan profit margins are 4% - whereas the rest of the health care system has a much higher profit margin - hospitals, drug companies, for two, are making closer to 20%. And check how Medicare is bleeding billions every year from fraud.
