Why does Sibely have semi-private rooms?

What does DH stand for ?

On another note - whats the norm for the number of nights one would spend at Sibley ? It sounds like 4 is the norm - is that for C Sections only ? Is the private room an extra expense ? ( not covered by insurance ?)
