I just googled to see some outfits. I don't think there's any one place to shop to accomplish these looks, but if I wanted to dress like her, I would examine specific outfits that I really like, and shop for similar pieces individually. It looks to me like a combination of some tailored pieces and some well fitted but very flowy pieces as well. I would think a combination of Anthro + Nordstrom + Garnet Hill could accomplish most of these looks on a more "regular person" budget.

Try gilt and ruelala, searching for Vince (size down), James Perse (size 1 = US size S), and Theory (size up). You can also try Lafayette (a little more dowdy). Maybe also Reiss (size up, it's a British brand). Tibi is also an option. Some of her pieces are dowdy, but I like her blouses for work, and I also LOVE that blue gown she wore to a gala that she went to with Max.
