Overstock.com returns/customer service experiences?

A few good experiences though - maybe they're just picky about clothing and electronics. I'll start with my small purchases first.

I ordered a 2x3 of the rug I wanted from another site, but Overstock had an amazing sale - basically 50% lower. Got the rug and the dye lot was very off. They paid for return shipping and sent a replacement that looks great. See if you can get a 2x3 first to try out.

Their customer service is spotty. A different person addresses your issue every time and not all of them seem to read the previous responses or make correct notes in the file.

I have had both terrible and great experiences with their CS. But last year I bought a rug. It was the wrong size once it was in the room. I shipped it back (did not pay shipping) and they sent the new one out. It was a pain to wrap it up and send back but they were accommodating.

Has anyone ever returned a chair and ottoman? Wondering how much the shipping would be
