It's just double fried chicken with a thickening agent for the crunch (corn starch/flour). garlicked soy sauce rounds it out.

It's ok fried chicken, but with beer and the vinegared radish side dish, it's nice combo of hot/cold tart/spice.

To be honest, I hope they offer some more traditional bbq/spicy sauce as an option. Then I just bring them home and eat them w my own sauces. (slightly thinned Sweet Baby Ray is great)

Source: I'm American Korean who's been to the great bbq states.

They make it to order. Allow 30 minutes or call ahead. Totally worth the wait!

One of the main ingredients is flour (it was stacked up in the hallway on the way to the bathroom), but because the chicken is so thin, the breading to chicken ratio is much different from regular fried chicken. It tastes okay, but it has got to be one of the worst nutritional choices I can imagine.

Boneless? I've been to BonChon a hundred times and never eaten boneless chicken. It's wings and drumsticks.

And everyone knows you call ahead so you don't have to wait.

Also, they're opening one in Arlington in July!
