Can you get a copy of your HUD 1 settlement statement if your title company has closed?

I'm trying to get a HUD-1 for a house sale over 15 years ago, and in this case our CPA
needs it to compute our capital gain, and depending on what it says, it could have big implications

You need a HUD-1 if you want to ever want to re-finance. Your son should have a copy
