Exclusively pumping and incredibly SORE nipples - help!

Another thing to consider - do you have the power on the pump up too high? I had major issues w/ pain due to using a hospital grade pump, and didn't realize it til after I'd returned it and started just nursing. I ended up pumping with hand pumps when I went back to work, because everything else caused awful pain! On the plus side, for me, it took less time to get more milk out w/ the hand pumps.

Good luck... breastfeeding is hard! Hope the yeast clears up quickly.
