belly fat after pregnancy

I didn’t have any belly fat. I gained 25 lbs and lost a lot of it immediately. Fit back into my jeans (vaginal birth) by one week post partum, may have had a bit of loose skin still, but that tightened up. If you have belly fat, you need to lose it, no targeted exercise is going to help. Core strength is always good, so you can work on that and it can help with your posture.
