Why else besides bad management and hardly any player development at Loudoun?

These coaches are leaving because of bad management and so they go to TSJ?

Have you ever changed your job to make more money?

You're an idiot to stay at a job when others are offering you more money. Rule of thumb is to switch jobs at least every 5 years to maximize your income. Why should soccer coaches be any different? It's not charity work.

these coaches are full time jobs/positions, so whatever is being offered is probably nominal

They want to be arlington without putting in work to be arlington. They dont want to develop kids and the coaches are generally lazy just collecting paychecks. These guys are not here for love of coaching or game of soccer. A good portion of the staff is here to separate money from your wallet. One specific coach should have his license revoked. US soccer will stay behind until they revamp youth soccer like Europe does.

Many are teachers using their coaching jobs to supplement their poor pay in their everyday jobs.

Nonsense that these are all "second tier" coaches. I can't recall seeing this much talent leave Loudoun in such a short period of time.

This is actually a good move by TSJ for a change. They are in need of players because so many are not coming back next year. These Loudoun coaches will be able to help open a pipeline into LS players to replenish the rosters. Granted, these won’t be players from LS’s top teams but they will bring in some much needed players

Yep - something is in the water

Maybe because if you’re not coaching a top team and buds with the top people there your team is not treated well.
But FCV?
Not sure that’s better.
