Why are so many Loudoun Soccer coaches leaving to join St. James? |
Duh, because #TheFutureisFCV |
Mo Money Mo Money Mo Money! |
Probably because Loudon Soccer is sub par, no offense
|
They're all second tier coaches who have been pushed out because they couldn't get into the LS hierarchy. |
Same reason lots of people change employers all the time. New challenges, increased responsibilities, more money, better commute. Sometimes it's as simple as we just get bored and need a change. It's a common occurence. Stop looking for deeper meaning in everything. It's called competition and it's a good thing. |
Y'all never changed jobs? |
More like they had enough with the hierarchy |
Because Loudon Soccer does not really want to develop players. It's a numbers game for them, money, money, money. |
This, and forget it if you are not on an ECNL or ECNLR team. |
And how is this different than the St James, a for profit private enterprise? |
it's all about the Benjamins |
You could look at that from a few perspectives: money (if FCV is paying more), people change jobs all the time, new environment, new challenges, maybe they were tired of their current place, new challenges, any more perspectives. I think it's a mix of Loudoun wanted to get rid of them and they wanted to leave anyways. I don't know any of them personally so I won't put their names in mouth. |
$$$$
Why else besides bad management and hardly any player development at Loudoun? |
These coaches are leaving because of bad management and so they go to TSJ? Have you ever changed your job to make more money? |
