Not PP, Either you dont have any offer or you havent even declined any.. they ask a lot of questions.. I tried, then I gave up.

I dont see any point and try to be a useless class!!

It’s basic contract principles. They send an offer. The other side either accepts or rejects. After a certain date (enrollment deadline) the offer basically expires. There’s no need to rescind, unless, as suggested above, there are academic or other specific reasons to do so.

Parent of HS junior and College Junior. I told my oldest to decline as soon as she wasn’t sure so that the schools know and can maybe offer a spot on a WL to someone else.

Obviously schools over accept but if everyone did this WLs acceptance would open up quicker.
