High HcG Levels

I had very very high HCG — 117K at just under 8 weeks. I was totally panicked about it what it could mean but it ended up being a healthy singleton. I also had minimal nausea/symptoms.

I’m six weeks pregnant with my third at my hcg levels are at 30k. I’m super nauseous, tired and already started unisom + b6. Felt fine until about 5 days ago.
