Do they transfer everything when you get a new phone?

I use an Android because I don’t want to spend the $$ on an Apple phone.

Old news. I got a new iPhone last month and it took about five minutes to transfer everything. It transferred my passwords as well.

many of us stopped using iPhones and Apple products when it became clear that Apple had no interest in helping maintain national security. I’m a patriot. I will not support companies who aren’t good corporate citizens. As far as I’m concerned, Apple is essentially one step above Chinese spyware. Apple products are for trumpers - not real Americans.

I am in liberal North Arlington and literally don't know a single person with an Android. I'd know b /c they F up group chats. I know ONE person with an Android in my family and they're a huge republican.

However, it's pretty clear you don't have a degree in statistics.

They will help you but if you haven’t backed up I’d do that before going in. Then it’s easy to download. It can take hours for everything to download on the new phone if you have a log of stuff on it.

IMHO, it's usually the operating system upgrade (which is typical because new phones have whatever was installed at the factory) that takes a while, followed by downloading all the apps from the Apple store. Your stuff can usually be demand-loaded as necessary.

Yes, for Android. No idea about Apple, but I would think also yes. Very easy to transfer everything.

+1. Samsung has Smart Switch which is really easy to use and takes 10-15 minutes for everything.
