The insurance policy is paying her. Why do you care?

Its for actual disabled people. If you can read and discuss a novel and plan elaborate vacations, you can push paper at your desk job.

Who are you to call her a name and say she's "taking advantage."

Where did OP call her a name? The only things OP called her are "fed" and "neighbor."

There is a thorough process with doctors involved to approve this. MYOB

Where/who do you think that money comes from?

If she's playing tennis and enjoying overseas vacations (Italy requires a lot of walking), there is no way she is actually disabled.

Certainly not too disabled to do a fed desk job. Come ON.

It's very hard to get social security disability so there may be more to the story. I tried, should have gotten it, but the judge refused on appeal despite the evidence.

My mother was able to walk long distances for the first 40 years of her Multiple Sclerosis. Her legs worked robustly until her 60s, but she hasn't had the full use of her arms and hands for decades. She cannot sign her name to any document, which has posed serious administrative issues! She can't bring a glass of water or cup of coffee to her lips. She can't cook or serve herself her own food. She can't hold a pen, she can't type or use a smartphone. She cannot pay by credit card, or manipulate cash or a cheque. My father has been her caregiver all these years. But you could have seen her in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and Japan!

DO NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS, YOU HATE-FILLED NUMBSKULL.

The person OP is referring to may well have symptoms you cannot see. I would give her the benefit of the doubt, because I've seen first hand how complicated serious disease can be.

If she plays in USTA tennis leagues, then her results are online. Google her name and tennisrecord.

Notify her employer with the result.

Sorry about your mom but OP's neighbor is playing tennis. Your situation doesn't sound relevant.

OP, if you feel so strongly, you should see if there is a hotline you can call to report her.
Anonymous
You can contact her agency's OIG and provide information/evidence. They will take your information anonymously, if you wish. They get these types of reports pretty consistently. She may even already be on their radar.
