Stop saying he didn't make the decision to kick Danni off the show. It's his show, and he picks the sidekicks.

If you've ever listened to eitm, you'd realize that Elliot canned flounder and Craig to make room for Tyler. That was Elliott's call. The on air talent ordain the show is in charge of his sidekicks.

Do you think Howard Stern's producers could get rid of Robin Quivers? Of course not. That's Howard's call.

Bottom line: Kane is hopped up on pills and extra crazy these days, and he lost it on Danni. She threatened a lawsuit and a deal was negotiated.

You think he even compares to Howard Stern? Sweetheart I want whatever pills you're taking the fact that you're so worked up over this is adorable, but here's the truth: you don't know. No one knows what happened. It could've been Kane. It could've been Danni wanting to take her fiftieth vacation of the year and management drawing the line. It's all conjecture. Let me dumb this down for you: you know how they play repeats whenever Kane isn't around even though his sidekicks are clearly capable of running the board and speaking without him? That's because it's HIS show. The sidekicks are merely dispensable minions.

Companies have a magical division called HR... It stands for Human Resources (stay with me, I know you're probably already mentally convulsing at the complexity of this....) HR is there to protect the company from lawsuits. Companies leave themselves vulnerable to lawsuits if they fire a minority/woman/disabled/LGBT individual. HR would not let Kane get rid of someone with 2 of those going for her without just cause. Whatever happened to Danni happened from higher up. Now, back to your regularly scheduled frothing at the mouth <3

I'm a lawyer. And you are clueless. She wasn't fired...she was kicked off Kane's show because he refused to work with her. I heart couldn't fire her because she didn't do anything wrong. So they are keeping her under contract. You are delusional if you think kane doesn't have a say in who his sidekicks are.

Look, of course we don't have all the facts. But I'm primarily taking issue with the delusional people who are defending Kane by saying he wasn't Dannni's boss and he had no power to get rid of her. I'll refresh this page maybe once an hour if I'm not busy. Yes, it used to be a lot more, because many of us WERE anxiously awaiting to see if there would be any new information on a topic that we have been wondering and speculating about for a month now. The reason I said something about that poster is because it is absolutely ludicrous and useless to tell a group of anonymous people (the poster included) to 'inform them if anything good happens'. It is literally senseless. Why are you taking the time to post if you think we're all crazy anyway?
