Recommendations for seller's agent in Bethesda

It looks like we're going to be putting our house on the market this spring -- yikes! We live in Bethesda near Bradley Hills ES and are looking for a great seller's agent. We need someone who will tell us all the things we need to do to sell the house quickly, someone who tells it like it is and is a good negotiator, and someone who knows our neighborhood well so that we can price the house right. We're happy to stage the house, do quick fix-ups, etc. Since we have both kids and animals, what we don't want is to have numerous open houses and appointments where we have to clean it all up and move out the animals over and over again. Any recommendations?

I noticed that Lisa is with Coldwell Banker. We were also thinking of contacting Jane Fairweather of Coldwell Banker since her signs are pretty common around here. Does anyone know if it is a no-no (or just awkward) to interview 2 agents with the same firm?

May I recommend Mynor Herrera with Weichert Realtors. I am a homeowner in Bethesda's Rosedale Park neighborhood and watched two properties get listed with other agents. The properties sat for a couple of months until Mynor was hired. He got them both sold quickly and both of my neighbors were thrilled with him.
