Agree. And I suspect we’re getting some mom wine hangover fatigue pushback. |

How does having lunch with friends at a winery indicate “barely functioning alcoholic”? I’m truly curious. |
|
No. You’re not. |
Sorry, “not”. |
It doesn’t. OP’s back to comment on her own post. |
Do you have an answer to the question? How does having lunch with friends at a winery indicate “barely functioning alcoholic”? |
Honestly i find you exhausting and don’t feel like explaining why day drinking is a bad look. |
The mean girl pta vibe is heavy handed here. The defensive posture in favor of this group and antagonistic approach to op is wild. |
Yes, isn’t it exhausting when someone calls out your nonsensical comment and you are intellectually incapable of responding? Gosh, that’s just the worst. |
+1, we actually don't get much info from OP here, certainly not enough to draw conclusions. The people who are assuming good intent by this group and hurling insults at OP are simply showing themselves up. |
lol. So deeply on brand. Continue? |
Yeah, I've been trying to wade through this thread and still haven't found the crucial detail that is missing. I can totally picture 15 or so moms from my child's school getting together at a winery in the middle of the day. I'm not friends with them and it would never occur to me to feel left out. If OP is friends with some of them then I will empathize, but if it's more like OP is just a casual friend of one of them then this is ridiculous. And no, I am not a mean girl clique mom for saying that. I just find all the school parent clique drama so tiresome. Anyone have the answer? |
