It keeps popping up and takes up the entire screen. |
Is it possible to get a screen capture of it? Also, what device and browser are you using? |
This is happening to me too. (NP.) Using Chrome on a desktop. |
Just had the same. On Edge/Windows PC. |
If possible, please try to follow the instructions here about using the "#audit" tool:
https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1188849.page Or try to provide a screenshot. Unfortunately, short of those to things, you are basically shouting into a void because there is nothing I can do with this limited information. |
Just coming to post this, so I'll add on here.
Win 11 laptop, Chrome browser. |
That is the one. I cannot figure out how to load the snip it I took. Chrome Version 124.0.6367.92 (Official Build) (32-bit) Dell PC |
Thanks. I have contacted our ad partner and sent the screenshot. If anyone is able to report the ad using the "#audit" tool, that would be helpful as well.

same issue on a Surface Studio 2+ running Windows 11.
Giant rustoleum ad that can't be closed. https://www.customspray5in1.com/?utm_source=azerion&utm_medium=highimpact&utm_campaign=5in1prophet&utm_content=one-can-1-interscroller |
It's not just rustoleum. I've had different ones all week. The only way to get past them is to shut down the page. |
FYI, DCUM does not have any way to "upload" photos. The only way you can post photos/snips/screencaps of something is to take the image, load it on a free hosting site (I used Flickr, but you can use Photobucket, ImgBB or any one of a dozen others). Upload it and then you can use the IMG tags [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] with the address of the image elsewhere on-line. |
Yep, same experience here. |
I posted earlier, and now there's another one. Since DCUM doesn't really allow for uploading photos, I'm not going to even try again--it's too much of a hassle to try to go to another site just to try to sort out these stupid ads. Better to just give up a bad habit. |
Same for the St. Augustine ad. I can't see any thread responses on the first page because of the ad. |
Ads are completely destroying the functionality of the site. |
