We never did DoorDash or similar until a couple of months ago. I was afraid once we started we would do it all the time.

Neither. Just wondering how rare we are. It seems pretty ubiquitous in our circles to use them. I just walked the dog and saw several food deliveries occurring.

They are all delivery services essentially. Just made more accessible to use via an app. Have you ever had a pizza delivered? Same thing. It's not really a big deal if you have or haven't used it ever.

We usually pick up. Maybe 1-2times a year if sick or another reason. Costs too high. I do like Walmart for groceries. Instacart makes no sense to me as they are expensive.

It is not the same actually. In house delivery is much better for the restaurants and their employees. I will get delivery if the restaurant itself offers it. Otherwise we pick up.

I stopped. It was just too expensive.

I used instacart for about 30 seconds during April 2020.

I only use food delivery when traveling. So great to not have to go out and have food delivered to the hotel sometimes, like when you land late and all the airport places are closed.
