Is it possible to name the second born junior or it has to be the first born? Junior follow by the husband name?
I didn't name the first born JR, because we had other names, but in the future will they let us?

What do you mean will “they” let us? Nobody monitors your name choice. It’s fine. It might be a little weird for your kids though…

I don’t think that’s weird at all.

Nobody cares

Not possible. Has to be the first born.
You will get arrested if you attempt to do this.

I know a couple of second born sons that are juniors or III. Not common but not unheard of

You can do whatever you want! I think it's weird though. My BIL has the same first name as his father and is a III but has two older brothers with unrelated names.

I think it would make your older son sad

It's fine

Tell the firstborn to simply accept his younger brother will always be the favored son. Easy.

So it's fine if it's the firstborn but a deep insult if it's the second

This s*cks for the first born. Like he wasn't good enough. I've seen it once, and that is exactly what I thought.

DP. Roll your eyes all you want, that doesn't make the facts any different in terms of perception by many: With first born it can be expected. If second has it, then it was intentional to not give first the designation.

Yep, I knew someone who was in this boat. He definitely had daddy issues.
