It is relevant because he originally left their deal because of things she filed in family court. The judge allowed her to provide evidence from their custody case during their demurrer because of it. The allegations aren't new. They were just sealed. He dragged the custody case into the winery negotiations which opened the door for her to give those details. It's going to get messy. My DH is retired but likes to follow cases still. One of his claims is that she improperly started looking at third parties while they were still negotiating. The negotiations about the winery deal between Brad, Angelina, and his partner Perrin then are relevant and why it broke down are relevant. He tried to strike her portions about the custody but was denied. |

Sales negotiations are not necessarily settlement negotiations. Here, it doesn’t look like those letters discussing sales was in the context of dismissing a lawsuit or any legal claims, just negotiations in forming a contract for the sale of property. The lawsuits look to have come after these negotiations. So…would definitely be factually relevant. |

tbh i think am changing my mind about her alienating them some. people are posting the court docs on twitter and she wasn't against joint custody for all the kids. some of them didn't want be around him very much and some wanted to contuine their therapy progam with him. She was gunning for each kid to have their own parenting plan tailored to them which I don't think is unreasonable. He asked for the same parenting amount for all or sole custody if the all kids weren't going to bond with him. I see both POV's but I think the older kids were 17, 15 or 16 at this point. Forcing them is just going to make it worse. I am assuming this move is why Zahara no longer talks to him and that makes me sad and why Pax got so mad at him. Very sad case |

What does it say about us that this druggie womanizing adulterous wife and child abuser is still so popular? Oh wait nevermind - tons of them in 100 years of movies and we never let it bother us. If I had a partner who turned out to be abusive to me and my kids, I'd be angry about it and never let it go either. Brad Pitt is scum and Jolie has every right to be angry and not to want to let anyone forget who he is. |

Given what we know about Angelina and her very public behavior ever since she hit the scene and for many years before she got with Brad, doesn’t everyone think the following is what really happened: She was sexy, crazy fun when they met…but not too crazy. They had a good run for a while…lots of passion. Then their lives became stressful given the chaos of kids. Less sexy. And the passion tilted to stress-induced emotional outbursts…by Angie. “You don’t love me anymore! You never take me anywhere! Are you in love with your costar?” Yes, she went crazy. No more sex, just outbursts. And knowing what we know about her health, you know hormones were involved…and many of us know what that does to our mood, temper, self-control. She became a shrew. He drank to escape. And she’s the kind of monster who pushes someone until they snap. I bet she throws things. I bet she instigates. And she clearly cannot let anything go. Brad is not an abusive monster who was a danger to his kids. She is the monster who alienated affection and won’t let it go even though he has given up. I bet his bio kids will reach out to him as soon as they can break free. She is nuts and will never let it go. |
